 @MaximeCulea `wp_is_file_mod_allowed()` has the opposite meaning of
 `wp_disallow_file_mods()` so all the checks would need to be negated, i.e.
 `wp_is_file_mod_allowed() === ! wp_disallow_file_mods()`
