 Hi,

In post or page administration, keyboard users can't access to permalink
or "Edit" permalink button with normal TAB navigation.
When I'm on the "title" field, if I press TAB, I go to TinyMCE field and
not to permalink. I can TAB all the links and fields in the page but not
 permalink.

When I'm in TinyMCE, I can do SHIFT + TAB and go to permalink. That's the
only solution I found but that's not really intuitive. A blind person
can't imagine there is something between "title" field and "content"
 field.

I can't find why is this working this way.
