 The excerpt mode / list mode switcher on the Users screen in network admin
 is pretty useless. The only attribute on the screen that changes is the
 addition of the timestamp to the `Registered` column.

 The mode switcher (which still uses the old UI for mode switching) should
 be removed and the timestamp shown all the time.
