 @chris10ssmith what are the details on the domain mapping you have? Note
 there is a known issue with the customizer and the `siteurl` and `home`
 options not matching. See #39128. There is a
 [https://gist.github.com/westonruter/a9c6841ba7f28192e3eb7d90c9316e75
 workaround plugin] referenced on that ticket that seems to alleviate the
 symptoms for the underlying issue on that ticket, and it may help
 alleviate your symptoms as well. Nevertheless, it sounds like your
 underlying issue is different.

 You said this is a multisite install. Is the issue happening on the
 primary site or on one of the subdomain sites?

 Can you look at the network console to see which URLs are being repeatedly
 redirected to?
