Comment:

 Another thing I noticed: if I have an autofocus param added for a widget
 control ''or'' the sidebar section as a whole, for example:

 http://example.org/wp-
 admin/customize.php?autofocus[control]=widget_media_image[3]
 http://example.org/wp-admin/customize.php?autofocus[section]=sidebar-
 widgets-sidebar-1
 }}}

 When I load the customizer it only expands the panel. The sidebar section
 does not get expanded.
