 This would be the least obtrusive way I think. We don't need a no-js plan,
 as with js disabled, CodeMirror is disabled.

 Nice thinking @WraithKenny for a quick patch. This is a better user
 experience and fairly seamless for everyone out there. We could also
 automatically disable CodeMirror for anyone coming in with a screen reader
 useragent (as it's no use to them). We should still think about building
 that better code editor experience with helpers for screen reader users.
 I'm not a screen reader user so I don't know what additional functionality
 screen reader users would like.

 Hopefully @rianrietveld will come back to us from a wishlist (from Florian
 Beijers for instance). I'll ping him on Twitter now.
