 Since #21506 got closed as "wontfix", is there any reason we couldn't re-
 open this one and at least get a `do_action(
 "get_template_part_{$slug}_after", $slug, $name );` hook added to
 `get_template_part()`? It's a change that wouldn't break any backwards
 compatibility, and would actually provide a lot of flexibility and
 customization for developers outside of filtering `the_content`
