 The “used until” is not really something we'd have data for. When a widget
 is moved to the Inactive Sidebar there is no good way to store the date
 for when it was removed (this would change with #35669). In the case of
 previewing a theme switch, it may be possible to obtain the name of the
 sidebar that the widget was previously assigned to and that may be useful
 to display in this space.

 Another question: Maybe I use widgets more than most, but I often find I
 have at least dozen inactive widgets on sites. If these always appear
 above the list of available widgets to add from scratch, would it not be
 somewhat overbearing to see them all listed out? Should they perhaps be
 collapsed into an expandable section, that once expands reveals all of the
 inactive widgets? When collapsed it could indicate a count of the number
 of inactive widgets you have. I suppose this is similar to what @rramo012
 developed, but all of the inactive widgets would be grouped together
 instead of appearing under their respective widget types.
