 i think we should work on CDN to make wordpress more faster , i have
 noticed most of the wordpress are not enough to compete the static
 website's .

 what i am think is :-
 1) we can load some js and css file from the wordpress CDN server , this
 my help other website to load up faster .

 2) removing some un wanted js file's as show by google , in the given
 pics.

 3) compressing the java files to load up website faster .

 4) you can go and check any wordpress site
 https://testmysite.thinkwithgoogle.com/



 and you will find the same.

 i have done more than 10 test's with all different website's
 but i find the same

 i think we should do something regarding this :)
