 Yeah! but how will these widgets show in the Inactive Widgets sidebar now
 with this new patch?

 Or you mean the widgets that are currently in the Inactive Widgets widget
 area so after WordPress update they will show there..., but after a theme
 switch they will not be there anymore, right?
