 * refresh against trunk
 * add endpoint example to external-oembed group unit test
 oEmbedProviderData
 * restore remapping applied via `oembed_fetch_url` which went missing in
 the latest patch

 running the external-oembed phpunit tests I get some failures, is that
 expected? Adding this to the tests did change the number of failures.
