 Currently the Updates screen offers the option to either update to the new
 version of WordPress, or to download the ZIP.

 Is downloading the zip ''really'' the action that a significant number of
 WordPress users are going to perform? Is it more likely to confuse a
 number of users?
 By removing the extra button we can simplify the interface slightly (It'll
 be easier for design iterations on the screen too I expect) and use the
 real estate for more important things.

 For those users who do use it, we should probably be offering a link to
 the release post (or similar) there instead.
