 Adding the ability to be able to set, plugins which will be used in the
 future into archive plugins. The archive plugins would be stored in a
 different plugin folder to plugins, possibly archive-plugins or similar.
 Archive plugins would be able to be displayed from the plugins screen.
 Another possible option would being able to make an archive plugin active,
 so in that case the archive plugin individual plugin folder would be moved
 from archive-plugin to the plugins folder then made active.
