 Another good reason to put “Logo” above “Site Icon” is that it stays
 closer to “Site Title” — which makes sense because the logo and the title
 usually sit together on the site pages.

 To avoid confusion, it might be a good idea to add a brief explanation
 below “Logo” (as in below “Site Icon”). Something like “The Logo appears
 on the pages of your site. It can be used in place of the Site Title and
 Tagline.”
