 and would also prove out the issue further, that it relates to Imagick.

 Oh! THANK YOU!! That worked! I added that code to the functions.php page,
 and so far, I have been able to upload everything that has been failing
 since the 4.5 update! Thank you kind stranger! You have snatched my dreams
 from the jaws of oblivion!
