Comment:

 Don't think we will ever remove the `width` and `height` from image tags
 as it is "bad HTML". These attributes are properly used as "suggested
 dimensions" pretty much everywhere, including RSS readers. Then are easily
 overridden with CSS and now we add `srcset` and `sizes` so the browser
 decides the appropriate image size to download for the current device,
 screen, etc.
