 As per our [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices
 /inline-documentation-standards/php/#4-hooks-actions-and-filters inline
 documentation standards], each hook and filter in core needs inline
 documentation, similar to how you documented `child_documentation_url` in
 your example above.
