#36543: Install Now and Manual Install for Version 4.5 result in fatal error/parse

 I selected "Install Now" for version 4.5 but when I opened it up again,
 the website was replaced with a fatal error message (already described by
 someone else in a forum in the last day or so).  I followed instructions
 to install the update manually and now have this message:

 Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';' in D:\Hosting\10429781\html\wp-
 settings.php on line 21

 The only ';' I see on line 21 is at the end of the line.  I have deleted
 it but it did not change the error message.

 My website is advancingaudcounseling.com.  I have been trying to problem-
 solve for 4 hours and at this point may have completed ruined the website.
 Your help would be appreciated.
