 Thanks for adding the title_reply_befor / -after in 4.4 ... this has
 always been something that I've overwrote in my themes (the h3 tag hard
 coded into the otherwise dynamic function).  Something like the
 "submit_field" arg would have been easier tho...

 But... the "cancel reply" link in the title still does not make sense to
 me.  It would be better elsewhere... like as a button/link next to the
 submit button.  Please consider moving this or making it a dynamic
 positioning thing.  (Just my 2¢...)
