 Hi - the second patch, 33504.2.diff, adds a box which defaults to checked
 as @ahortin mentioned. It looks like this:

 Is that about what it should be?

 Regarding the password field, that could be a bit more complicated and
 might be better in a new ticket rather than holding up this one. I think
 consensus might help this one get committed? I'm not sure but it couldn't
 hurt. :)
