 Attached are some shots of dotcom's settings simplification. Some things
 to like:

 * Writing remains so that plugins like Press This Extended don't turn
 general settings into a long scroll.
 * There are no Settings submenus in the admin menu. Submenu elimination
 brings us closer to touch usability.
