 I cannot reproduce the issue both with 4.3 on a blog with scheduled
 entries, and latest trunk running locally with several scheduled posts.

 I've tested both the Text and Visual editors, editing from the All Posts
 view or the Admin Toolbar.

 Could you confirm that no plugin is interfering with the standard Core
 behavior?
