 `wp-admin/*.php` are the handlers/loaders/views/junk drawers of our admin
 "templating" scheme. `wp-admin/inlcludes/*.php` contain files that house
 functions, separated by genre. Some ad hoc functions from the junk drawers
 should move to these includes.
