 No in hates 5.2 more than hosts.

 Does WP have the right to enforce PHP 5.3+ when none of its code actually
 requires it?

 Do you actually think that WP dropping php 5.2 support will have the power
 to speed up the existing process by hosts to drop it?

 That just makes it a bully.
