 to show a warning everytime an admin logins that says that their webhost
 runs old version and they should contact them to upgrade.

 More great ideas! True, most people probably don't know. This could be
 implemented in any release without breaking anything. It could even link
 to a page on wordpress.org where a form letter could be provided and
 engagement could be tracked.
