 Hello there. Thought a client was having a error and that it was caused by
 a plugin but it wasnt.. I tried disabling ALL plugins and themes reverting
 to default, and still the administration menu is broken (links are out of
 place and design is messed up)...

 I therefore tried creating a fresh installation on another server - but
 the same happens..

 I have tried toggling off JS in my browser (Chrome) with a smart JS toggle
 tool, and the administation page looks perfect again..

 I see the administation menu is depending on JS, since the flyout menus
 gets a new class on hover - maybe that is why its bugged..

 Anyway, it works perfect with JS disabled.. Thought i'd let you know.
