 Previously, creating a folder {{{0.tmp}}} worked just fine. It must have
 been the addition of the extension. Thanks for letting me know I'm not
 going crazy.

 FWIW, I seem to recall it always created a {{{0.tmp}}} folder no matter
 what the actual download.
