 The reason for my confusion is this: /wp-admin/options-general.php
 ?settings-updated or settings-updated=true. settings-updated is in the
 $removable_query_args array, but is not stripped out on a Request, POST,
 etc. I assume it should be so not sure why that is not happening. Overall
 I assume this function serves a visual simplification purpose or url
 visual cleaning purpose. On the surface that's what I see anyway. Will
 check other browsers. Currently using Chrome.
