 Gotcha @afercia. I missed the utility intended by that selector, and saw
 that it closed the modal when using the keyboard to toggle Connection
 Types. Let's use `.notification-dialog-background` to target.

 In attachment:31608.5.diff, bring back @afercia's functionality to close
 the modal when clicking on the backdrop.
