 Smilies: The new smilies added in [31733] and [31745] are larger than the
 old smilies. While this is taken care of by the CSS on normal pages, it
 means they're disproportionally large when seen in RSS and email.

 By adding a little bit of inline style to them, we get pleasingly sized
 smilies everywhere. :-)
