 Yup I know, that colors should be reviewed too. @hugobaeta did a great
 work about colors recently and they're listed here:
 https://make.wordpress.org/design/handbook/foundations/colors/
 No official accessibility audit till now, there's just one tracking
 ticket, see: #31713
