 Totally agree with this idea. WordPress is growing fast and we need to
 keep things organized.

 But we need to take care of some files that plugins developers usually
 include by their own, or at least be aware of this. (Although, looking at
 the patch, I didn't see any file change that can break backward
 compatibility)
