 In the front-end WordPress site, the themes options in the admin toolbar
 leads to the theme selection in the customizer, closing the customizer
 leads back to the same front-end page, I feel it would be good if this
 lead to themes option in the backend.

 (also think the url bit can be dropped)

 I understand that the customizer and themes.php page is almost the same,
 but not everyone want to go to the customizer and on multiple occassions,
 I found myself closing the customizer and then clicking on dashboard and
 then going to the themes option.
