 Hi guys. Yes it might confuse somebody, but still I was using it a lot,
 actually for any link in my post. I have read some comments there that in
 most cases people use TITLE the same as the anchor. I don't know, may be
 in English language websites they do, but for me on Russian websites it's
 much more useful to place a short link and a good description which
 website's visitors really use and more often click those links.

 Adding TITLE links through plain text as recommended is pain. It was
 really one of my favorite options in WordPress to automatically place
 TITLE attributes when you link to a post on your website.

 I think that it's unfair to decide for everybody and eliminate such a
 useful function.

 This option should be returned, at least it should be hidden under
 advanced options link.

 Changing link text instead in the link editor is an unnecessary option at
 all as in most cases you will never change it.
