 Hello Sergey,

 Theme review team already made it clear that gaming indulged by plugins
 won't be allowed and updates have to be meaningful. Removing that tab
 greatly demotivates theme authors from maintaining themes and adding new
 features, If no one is using the themes then there is no point in creating
 them and maintaining them.

 Did core dev's reconsider? If not can you please put this ticket before
 them.
