Comment:

 The "Unattached" string was added in [29426] but does not otherwise appear
 used in 4.0. My main concern here is the string "Unattached" is completely
 devoid of any sort of context for the user. What does it mean? I have no
 idea. Representing the concept of "Uploaded when not editing a post" is
 not easy, I get that. I'd rather no UI than confusing UI. Any suggestions?
