 +1 for this!
 It seems like content-width ought to function in a way similar to
 thumbnail sizes. Allow themes use a default array and add a filter with
 custom sizes via add-theme-support(). Sizing in the editor (as
 @chrisvanpatten says) is generally useless in a responsive world, but it
 could still be available if a theme/plugin really needs it for those who
 aren't ready to give it up.
