Comment:

 [attachment:28571.diff]:
  * Simplify it to one async_update_translation filter, which mirrors
 auto_update_translation exactly. (If you have a callback other than
 returning true or returning false, you'll probably want the same logic in
 both cases.)
  * Makes it so an SVN install doesn't see async upgrades at all. Small
 price to pay for now.
