 I try add filter to allowed protocols but its not working.

 My code:

     $protocols = array('sms');
     return $protocols;
 }

 add_filter( 'kses_allowed_protocols', 'wpse_allow_sms_protocol' );
 print_r(wp_allowed_protocols());
