 Version 4.0.28 includes several more fixes for pasting and a fix for the
 small regression in 4.0.26 (see #28353) among other. Changelog:

 Another improvement is the showing of image dimensions while resizing,
 similar to how Firefox natively shows them. This was added right after
 4.0.28 was released in:
