 If you have precise resolutions, switch the editor to Text mode and set
 the `width` and `height` attributes on the `<img>`.

 Is this a common use case? Should we add control to this in the "Edit
 Image details" modal (after clicking the pencil on an image in TinyMCE)?
 This used to be available pre-3.9 in the former modal.
