 I think that plugin ratings might actually be very useful to you. You can
 give the plugins your own rating, and mark them as favorites on wp.org.
 Then you will be able to see a list off all plugins that you have tested
 and the ratings you have given them on your favorite plugins profile page.
 However, your ratings won't be displayed directly on the plugin install
 screen.
