 I started adapting old code to new TinyMCE4, but there are many issues
 with windowManager. First of all, height value can't be "auto" anymore,
 when it is set to "auto", dialog is rendered at the top of the page (not
 cenetered). Also, there is no way to specify some inline HTML for the
 dialog body. You can set inline HTML for the whole dialog, but such dialog
 has no titlebar or buttons. Is there any real example of how to set
 windowManager to load HTML from inline DIV into the dialog body, and still
 have displayed title and buttons?
