 Wouldn't it make more sense to order the widget areas in which they are
 registered? Sometimes themes name their widget areas '... One', '... Two'
 etc. Currently these are not ordered correctly, and widget areas in the
 footer appear above the main sidebar. See screenshot with Twenty Eleven
 active.
