 I have a subdomain based multisite installation where i have Domain
 Mapping enabled to facilitate easy maintenance and a different domain
 marked as primary domain.

 However when someone comments and i respond back via admin control panel
 the links sent to the commentor via email point to the subdomain and not
 the primary domain mapped for the blog.
