 Hi. I am unable to log into my site, theformant.info after it updated to
 3.8.1. I get a page that asks me for my site name  and email address.
 Under username, it states that the 'user(s) already exist' and won't let
 me fill in that section. After filling in the other two sections and
 clicking next, another page pops up asking for a user name. The same
 happens when just trying to access the front page of the site. Needless to
 say, I am not a coder and any help in this regard would be much
 appreciated. I do rely on this website for work.
