 The DFW toolbar needs responsive styling, perhaps that can be handled
 there? Seems it can wrap to two lines: the Exit fullscreen, Save, Preview
 buttons at the top and the editor buttons at the bottom? Also "Exit
 fullscreen" should probably be a button.
