 As part of some partnership work that I'm doing for WordPress.com, I have
 been in contact with engineers at Instagram. I contacted them about this
 issue today. I'll reply back on this ticket when I hear back.

 My team at Automattic (we work on partnerships) will see if we can contact
 most of the other providers as well.
