Comment:

 Patch added to convert apparent URLs beginning "ftp." to hyperlinks using
 FTP rather than HTTP.

 In testing, I noticed that TinyMCE also converts such strings to
 hyperlinks automatically when you create or edit a post/page. For strings
 beginning "ftp.", TinyMCE creates a FTP hyperlink, the same as most
 browsers.

 With this patch, WordPress now behaves more consistently when displaying
 comments.
