 Hi Boone,

 thanks for your quick response.

 I applied your patch locally, and it seems to be doing exactly what it
 should.

 The fact that your `term_exists` error messages have a full stop at the
 end, while others don't, is just a cosmetic flaw. (To be honest, I would
 like to see full stops in some messages for along time, so this is a good
 start. ;))
 Is there a reason for the blank line (new line 3378)? But again, this has
 no functional meaning.
